Join us for The Willinga Park Long Table Lunch Experience…
We will meet at 11:00am on Saturday 28 May for a guided tour of the Willinga Park facilities. The tour will be followed by a delicious lunch featuring local produce and carefully selected Australian wines prepared by one of Sydney’s greatest chefs, Peter Doyle, and Willinga Park’s very own head chef, Luke Bow.
Often referred to as a ‘home grown legend’ and ‘an inspiration to the industry’ Doyle’s trademark is contemporary Australian food.
Uncluttered, seasonally driven and executed with French-influenced precision.
Widely regarded as a founding father of contemporary Australian cuisine, Peter will be joining our talented & upcoming in house head chef Luke Bow to produce a seven course fine dining experience at Willinga’s very own restaurant ‘The Stables’.
