Set within one of the South Coast’s most remarkable destinations, this special event will bring together exceptional local produce, refined technique and the warmth of shared dining for an afternoon designed to savour. Known for his deeply authentic approach to Italian cuisine and his celebrated Sardinian roots, Giovanni Pilu will present a specially curated menu in collaboration with the Shoalhaven Food Network’s Chefs of the Shoalhaven, showcasing seasonal local ingredients through an Italian lens. 

Joining him is renowned chef Eugenio Maiale, whose career has been shaped by a lifelong dedication to handmade pasta and regional Italian cooking. Together, these two respected chefs will create a dining experience that celebrates tradition, craftsmanship and the simple pleasure of beautiful food shared well.

Hosted in Willinga Park’s contemporary event centre, the lunch invites guests to indulge in world class cuisine while immersed in the beauty of the surrounding estate. From the property’s botanic gardens and striking sculpture collection to its sweeping coastal landscape, Pilu at Willinga Park is more than a lunch — it is a destination experience.
