Our comprehensive rehabilitation services are designed to cater to the unique needs of horses, ensuring a tailored approach to their recovery journey.

Lameness Investigation

We offer comprehensive lameness evaluations, including gait analysis on rubber, asphalt, and arena surfaces, ridden exams, and flexion tests. When a lameness is detected, diagnostic anaesthesia with nerve and joint blocks pinpoints the source before advanced imaging is performed. Our specialists then offer targeted treatment, regenerative medicine, therapeutic farrier guidance.

    Advanced Imaging

    Our comprehensive advanced imaging include digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy, and MRI. We are proud to offer Australia’s only Esaote G-scan MRI, a revolutionary system for precise evaluation of bone and soft tissue injuries. The G-scan can image limbs—including carpus, tarsus, and stifle—as well as the head and neck, producing detailed 3D images. Integrated with digital radiography and ultrasonography, it enables comprehensive diagnosis and informs advanced treatment plans.

      Rehabilitation and Conditioning

      Our rehabilitation amenities include an aqua treadmill, swimming pool, walker, shaker platform, and infrared solarium. These features collectively provide low-impact exercise options for conditioning, enhancing the rehabilitation process for horses recovering from various conditions. Our facilities feature several indoor and outdoor Otto Sport ebb and flow arenas and round yards including a covered arena, and three outdoor arenas.

        Regenerative Joint Treatment

        We proudly offer therapies such as ProStride, leveraging the remarkable healing potential within the horse’s own body. ProStride is an autologous protein solution derived from the horse’s own blood, rich in anti-inflammatory cytokines, growth factors, and other healing components.

          Upper Airway Disease Evaluation

          We diagnose and treat performance-limiting airway conditions using video endoscopy, radiography, and ultrasonography. Surgical options include conventional and laser procedures for conditions such as laryngeal hemiplegia (roaring), dorsal displacement of the soft palate, epiglottic entrapment, and arytenoid chondritis.
