Equine Veterinary Nurse – Join the Willinga Park Veterinary Hospital Team

Are you passionate about horses and committed to delivering exceptional animal care? We are seeking an experienced Equine Veterinary Nurse to join our growing Veterinary Hospital team at Willinga Park.

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside our Equine Veterinarians, assisting with a wide range of cases including internal medicine, surgery, sports medicine, advanced anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging, and breeding services. You'll also receive dedicated training in advanced equine anaesthesia and surgical assistance.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with patient care for hospitalised and outpatient horses
• Supporting surgical, diagnostic imaging and lameness examinations
• Administering medications and collecting laboratory samples
• Maintaining medical records and managing stock and supplies
• Providing outstanding customer service to clients
• Participating in a balanced after-hours emergency roster

About you:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
• Experience in equine veterinary practice
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Passion for animal welfare and excellence in client care
• Professional, organised and self-motivated
