Garden & Grounds Manager - QLD | FULL TIME 

Step into a hands-on leadership role as Gardens and Grounds Manager, overseeing the presentation and ongoing development of multiple Willinga Pastoral properties in Wandoan, QLD. This role combines practical, on-the-ground horticultural work with strategic oversight, giving you the opportunity to shape and maintain large-scale landscapes to a consistently high standard. From garden and turf management through to irrigation, infrastructure and general property presentation, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery while ensuring the properties reflect the quality and professionalism of the broader business.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll lead and support a grounds team, manage workflows, coordinate contractors and contribute to planning, budgeting and reporting. This is a role for someone who leads by example, is highly organised and takes pride in both the detail and the bigger picture. If you’re experienced in horticulture or parks and gardens, enjoy working across varied environments, and are confident balancing leadership with a hands-on approach, this is a unique opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse pastoral portfolio.

Farm Hand - FULL TIME

Join the team at Willinga Park in a hands-on Farm Hand role supporting the day-to-day operations of one of Australia’s most unique rural and equestrian properties. Working across livestock care, horse handling, paddock management and general property maintenance, this role is suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and thrives in a practical, team-focused environment. From feeding and grooming horses through to supporting pasture management, fencing, grounds maintenance and event operations, no two days are the same.

Working closely with the broader property and operations teams, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards Willinga Park is known for across its equestrian facilities, rural operations and event precincts. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive and physically fit, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience within an agricultural, livestock or equine environment will be highly regarded, along with the ability to work collaboratively, follow safety procedures and support the wider team wherever needed.
