Winter Wonderland at Willinga Park

Join us on Saturday 25 July for the Winter Wonderland Dinner at Willinga Park, an evening of seasonal dining, live music and warm hospitality on the South Coast.

Guests will settle in for a shared winter feast, beginning with generous harvest boards of artisan cheeses, cured meats, warm rosemary focaccia, dips and seasonal accompaniments, followed by slow braised lamb shoulder, herb roasted free-range chicken and winter sides including duck fat rosemary potatoes, greens and roasted pumpkin. To finish, warm winter desserts will be served, including sticky date pudding and dark chocolate fondant.

Designed as a relaxed winter night out, the evening brings together a  shared dinner, arrival drink, live music and a lucky door prize within one of the South Coast’s most remarkable destinations.
