Unspoilt beaches, beautiful bushwalks, excellent local produce and an abundance of native wildlife...
Just 2.5 hours northeast of Canberra and 3.5 hours south of Sydney, Bawley Point is a friendly, laid-back village with a temperate climate and some of the best beaches and bushwalks in NSW. The region is a playground for nature lovers. Sweeping sandy beaches, wild coastlines and unspoiled national parks are all within easy reach and there is an abundance of native wildlife, making it a popular stop-off point for overseas visitors.
Just down the road from Willinga Park is a small grocery store, pharmacy, newsagent, alcohol store and several relaxed cafes. There is plenty to do in the immediate area, as well as attractions, restaurants, cafes and shopping in the larger towns of Ulladulla and Milton 30 minutes drive north, or Batemans Bay 30 minutes drive south. The nearest regional airport is Moruya, and the closest international airport is in Canberra. Bawley Point does not have public transport, so it is recommended to have a car to make the most of this beautiful region.
Our remarkable locality means you can enjoy our equestrian and community events, combined with a holiday in one of the most beautiful areas of NSW.
