Experience the rich, smoky goodness of a range of meats, smoked for up to 12 hours using traditional American low & slow techniques. Each bite promises melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
The American BBQ Feast, food truck style, will be held in our Bunker Cafe Courtyard. Choose to stay warm and cozy under heaters and around firepits, or enjoy the open seating area in the restaurant. No matter where you sit, you'll be surrounded by great company.
This dinner will also be open to the public and we will put tickets on sale. The cost for the dinner is $50/pp and includes a “Sampler Platter” of American style smoked meats, salads & smoked street corn as well as choice of a glass of bubbles, wine or a beer. The bar will also be open on Saturday night from 6pm-9pm.
